This paper is the positive study that examined the relevance between emotional intelligence and temperament which are children`s individual character variables and their musical creativity. As a result of the research, it was found that children`s emotional intelligence and temperament had not high relevance to their musical creativity, but showed significant correlations. In particular, relation to teacher as one of children`s emotional intelligence factors had the highest influence on musical creativity and attention of children`s temperament variables had the greatest influence on musical creativity. Therefore, practical teaching-learning efforts should be followed to improve children`s musical ability with the research on children`s musical ability in order to enhance children`s musical creativity.
