This paper aimed to develop and implement an elementary program using multicultural music plays and also to examine the effects of it upon the students. The design a program the researchers analyzed the textbook and determined the contents. The survey designed by Park(2010) was employed as pre- and post-tests to the 4th grade elementary students in B elementary students in Incheon. The results of T-tests revealed that the experimental group showed statistically significant difference in their changes of the multicultural attitudes comparing to the controled group.
